2. Preliminary Assessment:
Upon receiving your inquiry, we request key documents and information from you and engage in preliminary conversations to better understand your needs and determine if our services align with your circumstances.
As a courtesy, we review your documents and provide initial resources to help you prepare for the consultation.
3. Paid Consultation:
If we believe we can assist you, we recommend scheduling a paid consultation. During this session, we delve into the details of your options, timeline, and costs.
We provide tailored solutions based on your specific needs, allowing you to make informed decisions aligned with your goals, timeframe, and resources.
Depending on the complexity and urgency of your case, we may also suggest a Strategic Consultation or Research and Investigation, where we more deeply analyze the nuances of your immigration challenge and develop a comprehensive strategy.
4. Detailed Plan:
Both consultations and investigations include a detailed budget and timeline outlining the work we will carry out. We collaborate with you to implement a plan of action to achieve your ideal talent acquisition and compliance goals. Throughout the process, we consider both the needs of your people and your broader business objectives.
Please note that we do not offer free consultations. We believe that providing legal advice without a clear understanding of your immigration matter would be a disservice to you.
