Marlana earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University in 2014, majoring in Management with a concentration in Law and Business. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017.
She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2017 and is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including The Florida Bar, where she serves on the Member Benefits Committee; the Jacksonville Bar Association, where she is Vice Chair of the Judicial Relations Committee (2023–present); and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, where she serves on the Judicial Reception Planning Committee. Marlana is also a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court, where she serves on the Executive Committee, and the UF Law Alumni Council.
Outside of her practice, Marlana enjoys spending time with her family, touring wineries, spending time at the beach, and attending Gator and Jaguar football games.
