Marks Gray, P.A. Shareholder, Michael B. Bittner has been elected President of the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel for 2013.

Mr. Bittner focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law, commercial litigation, construction litigation and real property. Mr. Bittner became a Shareholder with Marks Gray on January 1, 2013. He is also a board member of Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida
