Marks Gray, P.A is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2013 the firm named associate Michael B. Bittner to shareholder.

Mr. Bittner has been with the firm for eight years; his practice focuses primarily on litigation and business including all aspects of construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business law. Mr. Bittner’s practice also includes civil trial defense in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Duquesne University and a Master of Science and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.

Mr. Bittner is a member of the Jacksonville and Florida Bar Associations; The Florida Defense Lawyers Association, where he serves as the Chair of the Construction Law Committee; the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel serving as President; and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. He is a Board Member of Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida and a volunteer Attorney Ad Litem for children’s issues.
