Giselle Carson will be the keynote speaker at the Jacksonville Women’s Network’s Annual International Women’s Day Program. Ms. Carson will be speaking on the topic, ‘Immigration Reform: JAX in the Global Context’. The event will be held on Friday, March 7 from 11:30 am-1:30 pm at the River City Brewing Company in Jacksonville.
