Marks Gray, P.A. is pleased to announce attorney Edward L. Birk recently launched a new blog, Media and First Amendment Law.  Mr. Birk is a thought leader and frequent speaker on first amendment law. Mr. Birk practices in the areas of news media and first amendment law. In addition, he represents clients in municipal liability, E.R.I.S.A. Benefits; Employment; Fair Labor Standards Act; and Products Liability. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Birk worked as a reporter and editor for The Associated Press in Boston, Miami and Tallahassee from 1983 to 1989. He is a member of the Jacksonville and Florida Bar Associations, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and the American Bar Association Forum on Communications.
