USCIS Announces “Entrepreneur in Residence” Program

A new USCIS Foreign “Entrepreneur in Residence” program is aimed at capitalizing on foreign entrrpreneurship to promote job creation and facilitate the process of EB-5 (foreing investors), EB-2 (advanced degree / exceptional ability)  and L-1B (intra company transferee)  visa applications.  To read the press release, click here.
