To that end, we want to share and congratulate two clients who recently received their green cards after working with us for several years and not giving up.

Max and Tara and their employer, a medical group, have been clients since 2012, when we worked with Max’s employer to process their H-1B/H-4 status, so they could enter the United States to work.

Since then, we worked with them to renew and extend their H-1B/H-4 status and obtain a green card through the PERM/ Labor Certification process. After receiving their green card, Max wrote:

“Is it really, really the green card? Thank you.”

Zahra and Behzad and their employer, an engineering firm, started working with us in 2014 when Zahra’s employer asked us to apply for an H-1B for her. Unfortunately, she was not selected under the lottery, but she qualified for the extended OPT STEM extension.

We used this time to our advantage and strategically positioned her case for a green card through the PERM/ Labor Certification process. After receiving their green cards, they said to us:
