USCIS has simplified their 1-800 automated call system. Now instead of listening to and deciding between 10 main menu options, we will be offered 3 options when calling the National Customer Service Center (NCSC).  This change is aimed at preventing misdirected calls and making customer service tools more friendly to you and me, the costumer!
