ICE Arrests Over 2,900 Convicted Criminal Aliens

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement executed a nationwide 7 day “Cross Check” enforcement operation and as a result, arrested 2,901 convicted criminal aliens. Almost half of those arrested had multiple convictions, nearly 1,900 had committed felony crimes, 42 were gang members and 151 were convicted sex offenders. The first ICE “Cross Check” was carried out in 2009 in 37 states. Since then, thousands of arrests have been made. Read the ICE press release here for more information.
