Davis Love joins Marks Gray as a shareholder, bringing more than two decades of experience representing clients in high‑stakes civil and criminal matters. His practice focuses on criminal law, complex litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and civil litigation, where he provides strategic advocacy and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Davis has built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer and trusted counselor, handling a broad range of matters in state and federal courts, with a primary focus on medical malpractice cases. He also represents clients before the Florida Department of Health and has successfully argued appellate matters before the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. He began his career as a public defender, which laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to zealous advocacy and rigorous preparation, and his experience also includes criminal law matters.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and his B.A. (with honors) from the University of Florida. Davis is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
