Brittany Love’s practice focuses on high-exposure liability disputes on behalf of self-insured and carrier-insured corporate clients and individuals. Ms. Love also has experience defending suits involving products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, contract disputes, commercial vehicle liability, and subrogation claims. Ms. Love earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2011. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Ms. Love began her legal career at the Office of the Public Defender for the Fourth Judicial Circuit where she tried more than 10 jury trials to verdict. She later transitioned to the in-house litigation team at Farmers Insurance where she gained valuable civil litigation experience. Prior to joining Marks Gray, Ms. Love was employed by a national insurance defense firm.
Ms. Love spends her free time driving her children to extracurricular activities, attempting (and occasionally completing) DIY projects on her historic home in Riverside, and traveling with her family.
