The team at Marks Gray is taking the Coronavirus precautions, advisories and orders very seriously to protect the health and safety of our team, clients and community. To comply with the Mayor of Jacksonville’s work-from-home order made this week, the Marks Gray team has moved to remote work except for critical, on-site staff. We are thankful to report that we have no known cases of the virus among our staff, and we continue to take all necessary cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
The Marks Gray team is supported by technologies that allow us to seamlessly and securely continue our business operations in this temporary situation. You can still reach us using the main number at the office (904-398-0900) or the direct numbers and emails for your attorneys, associates and their assistants. The entire team is working virtually to provide expert legal counsel to all our clients during this time.
- If you have an existing in-person meeting that can be restructured, your attorney will contact you to reschedule to a virtual or phone meeting or move the meeting to a future time when you can meet in-person.
- If you have a filing that requires an in-person meeting or signing, we will conduct those meetings in our office with critical staff and adherence to all CDC and Department of Health recommendations on social distancing and sanitizing.
- If you have a current court case, we are helping our clients navigate and adhere to temporary restrictions on in-person appearances in our courts. Marks Gray attorneys have adjusted all processes to align with this order and are committed to helping all our clients through these issues.
On behalf of our entire team, we hope you and your employees and families are staying safe and healthy during this time. While we are looking forward to getting back to normal operations in the near future, we will keep you advised of all developments that affect the matters we are handling for you.
Please reach out to us if there is anything we can do to assist you as we work together to overcome these challenges.
