Logan K. McEwen is an associate who practices in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, and real estate.  He assists businesses to navigate through regulatory compliance, consumer relations, business-to-business agreement, and litigation issues. He advises on a wide array of topics from transactional reassessment, contract drafting to business organization review.

Mr. McEwen received a B.A., with honors, in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida where he obtained the Department of Justice Studies Outstanding Legal Studies Student Award and a Mock Trial Competition team member. He received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law where he joined the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law school graduates, was a Mock Trial Competition team member, Secretary of the Black Law Students Association, and received a Book Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution course taught by Florida Supreme Court Justice Polston.

Mr. McEwen was a founding partner of McEwen DuBovis P.A. which focused on business, property, intellectual property and insurance law. Mr. McEwen also served as a Law Clerk with the Division of Alcohol Beverages and Tobacco where he represented the agency at hearings, drafted declarative statements and performed legal research.  “We are very pleased to start the New Year with Logan,” said Frederick H.
