The practice area is led by of counsel, Crystal T. Broughan. Ms. Broughan is experienced in obtaining federal trademark and copyright registrations and in providing general legal counsel in copyright and trademark matters, including oppositions, cancellations, acquisitions, licensing, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices and infringement litigation. She is experienced in litigating a wide variety of intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts including those involving trademarks, trade secrets, domain names, patents and copyrights, breach of contract, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices.
