Jessica VanTroost joined Marks Gray as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in law firm operations, human resources, recruiting, and strategic administration. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient processes, and fostering a workplace where employees have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held a variety of leadership roles at both regional and national law firms, giving her extensive experience in firm operations, human resources, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational strategy. Her diverse background allows her to approach challenges with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset, bringing people together to implement meaningful improvements that support both employees and clients.
