Marks Gray is pleased to announce that Jessica VanTroost has joined the firm as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in legal administration, operations, and strategic management.

As Chief Operating Officer, VanTroost will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, partnering with firm leadership to strengthen organizational performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support Marks Gray’s continued growth. She will lead initiatives focused on optimizing business processes, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional service to its clients.

VanTroost serves as President-Elect of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), the premier international organization for legal management professionals demonstrating her commitment to advancing excellence in law firm management. She also serves on the Foundation of ALA Board of Trustees and has earned Legal Lean Sigma certifications in process improvement and change management.
