Claire Patton works as a Patent Agent with Marks Gray, and has been registered to practice patent law with the USPTO since 2006. Claire assists with the preparation, filing and prosecution of U.S. and PCT patent applications for small and medium sized businesses. She is experienced with corresponding with clients as well as coordinating with foreign associates regarding foreign patent prosecution. In addition to assisting with patent prosecution, she assists with performing prior art searches and analysis. Claire is also responsible for maintaining and managing the firm’s patent docket.
Claire received a B.S. in Engineering from the Ohio State University and has over 12 years’ experience working for consulting engineering companies designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial buildings.
