Crystal Broughan, the President of Jacksonville Sister Cities, is hosting an event on Thursday, August 21^st at 6 pm at The Hyatt Riverfront  titled ‘Celebration of the Life of Nelson Mandela’.  Mayor Brown and his administration are joining with the JSCA to make this a city wide event. Ms. Broughan has been appearing on local media stations like First Coast Connect with Melissa Ross and First Coast Living.
