This position reports to the Billing Coordinator
Performs a variety of duties according to established policies and procedures, which include billing, e-billing, automated collections, and reconciling/inputting matter budgets. Maintains contacts with attorneys, staff, and clients, while observing confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with Prolaw software preferred but not necessary.
