Davis Love is a seasoned trial lawyer with a background in medical malpractice and professional liability defense. He began his legal career as a public defender, an experience that shaped his commitment to meticulous trial preparation. Love represents clients in state and federal courts and before the Florida Department of Health, and he has successfully argued appellate matters before Florida’s First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.

Brian Pederson has extensive experience representing businesses and professionals in high-stakes civil litigation. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, professional liability defense, and risk management with strategic approaches and practical problem-solving. Pederson regularly advises clients through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial and appeal.
