Crystal Broughan Appointed To International Trademark Association Committee

Marks Gray attorney, Crystal T. Broughan, Of Counsel, was appointed to the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Law Firm Committee for the 2016-2017 term. The committee is responsible for benchmarking and advising on member benefits and services for law firms by developing, implementing and maintaining law firm programs. Activities include program content; course materials review and/or development; recruitment of speakers and moderators; location and venue recommendations; and marketing assistance.

INTA is the global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce. The organization represents brand owners from major corporations, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, law firms, government agency members and nonprofits.
