Mr. Bittner’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and business including all aspects of construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business law. Mr. Bittner’s practice also includes civil trial defense in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability. Mr. Bittner represents corporate clients and individuals in a variety of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, business torts, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, restrictive covenants, contract actions, employment matters, and pre-judgment and post-judgment collections.

Mr. Bittner received his Juris Doctorate with honors in 2002 from University of Florida College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University. Mr. Bittner is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Bittner is a member of the Jacksonville and Florida Bar Associations, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel (JADC), and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. He is also  a board member of Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida. He also serves as the President of the JADC and is the Chair of the FDLA Construction Law Committee. Mr. Bittner’s article titled,’ Maronda Homes, Inc. of Florida v. Lakeview Reserve Homeowners Association: Expanding the Scope of Implied Warranties in Construction Defect Cases’  appeared in Trial Advocate Quarterly, Spring 2014.

Mr. Bittner serves as a volunteer Attorney Ad Litem for children’s issues. He has participated as a member of the Ronald McDonald House Children’s Way 5K Run Committee and he served as the Chair in 2008. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
